I tried to render a realistic button, but Im stuck.

I dont get a glossy realistic looking surface.
but I dont wanna have a enviroment (like hdri) as a reflection ... maybe some ideas?!
atm I use a phong shader as surface
and 2 spots a lightning
cosine power 40
spec color middle grey
reflective 0.5

lol why ever to preview is in inverted colors

Update: fast 3 min rendering ...
I changed spotlight to 1 area light and switched on, that the light is shown as a object. it gets more to that what I want
