Why does the arm stretch when I rotate?

Hi,

Just wondering why does the arm stretch when I rotate? I am trying not to put joints and bind it just because I am not good at painting weighs.

Please let me know. It will totally help my modeling skills out.

Thanks.

Thanks though.

getting a double deformation like that is usually because of a grouping issue... take a look in your hypergraph and see if it's in any groups
