HELP! cant play wmv files on mac

i downloaded a video but its wmv file. i downloaded flip4mac, divx and Windows Media Player 9 for Mac OS X bt nothing works. i can hear sound but i get no picture. can someone help? below are my mac specs it helps

Sounds like you've not got the right codec, unfortuantly I dont know which codec you would need to get.

Are you sure that its a video file? I've seen people use wmv files for audio.

It could just be the WMV file that's the problem. Have you tested other WMVs?

BTW, uninstall Windows Media Player as fast as possible, as it doesn't work at all.
