how to rigg a female student

i got a problem wid rigging a female student... ders a problem wen i let dem sit in the chair. sumtins wrong wid the legs and the long skirt. the legs gets over the skirt. iduno how to explain it. any help? proper way of setting up the joints or sumtin.. tnx

judging by the title, this was not what i thought it would be about... user added image

As jay says, we need to see a picture and more information concerning your problem. how did you make the skirt? are you using ncloth for example? did you model it?
