Blend Shapes

Quickie question really, if you have created a blend shape and you find you have moved points erroneously in the morph target can you use component editor or whatever to remove those points like you do with clusters and skin clusters.

I created a target and I thought that I had masked out the bits that I didn't want moved but somehow they have included and moved themselves in the in the blend shape.

Any tips appreciated user added image
