booleans help please urgent!

Im doing a guitar and i did the booleans >difference. Everything was fine i saved it then attempted to move it but now its messes up my guitar base. Question how do i turn off booleans or delete it?

Looks like you need to clean your mesh up, when you use the boolean tool you normaly have to do that. It would help if you uploaded a bigger shot..............dave
