Photoshop/Zbrush Question

Hi guys I know this its not a photoshop forum but I was wondering why the size of my menus an palettes are so small in comparison to this image? Mine its the one with the grey interface. Same thing happens to me in Zbrush my menus are so small I can barely see them. user added image
