Wow, great job! I especially like the top part of the top lip, how the edge is formed. Did you use Polys or Sub-D's? If I had to nitpick, I would suggest pulling her bottom lip and chin in a bit, the lower picture makes them appear to be sticking out a bit (not so far that they would seem unhuman, perhaps your character would have that type of bone structure)

Looks good considering it is your first head and you did not have any referance.

Can we see some lines? Is it poly, subd or nurbs?
