Curve Pipes

Ok, well I know I have seen something like this in a thread before, but I have searched and searched and could not find it again. So, if you know where to look please lead me in the right direction.

My problem is with curves. I need a way to create pipes that follow a specific curve. So if I had one that look like a squigly line, and then converted it, it would come out like a pipe. So, if you all have any solutions please spread the wealth.

Thx in advance,

-Ryan
