No no, its moreso a high poly model competition.. with the most realism you can put into it... sorry undseth, it seems that everyone is joining the march challenge... user added image. I wish this one took off... kevin says to give it a week though. You can continue or just continue with the march challenge if you would prefer that user added image.

Nah, I need this. I don't mind if I am the only participant.

The modeling aren't supposed to be that complicated. I want to cuddle with this one! ...ugh... anyway...

I will contribute in both threads, although I'm still usure of what to model in the challenge. The time machine better be good. I have done some simple sketches, but seeing others at work, I'm thinking og going back to some other ideas for the challenge competition.

It's a...

The Phony logo was made in this way;

Used text tool to create curves for the lettering.
And then I used the "Bevel Plus" tool to create the letters.

(!) The letter "P" had to be tweaked a little in order to work with bevel plus. Dont know if I'm the only one with this problem.

The background for the letters were also made with the bevel plus, by draving a curve around the outline of all the letters.

To make a letter with this tool. Select a part of the letter( if it is an "o" for example, and hit the up arrow to select the whole letter. Now use the belvel plus tool.

Hey, thanks!

I haven't gotten around to do any work on this contribution lately.

I did some work for the Challenge, but my machine crashed a few times (Had several applications running at the same time, maybe that "is to blame"), and I still haven't fully figured out a way to model the face I want. But I did a little work today and I'll start very soon.
