Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

my first head... (dont laugh)

this is my second attempt at making a head... first one= as usual failure....

Not bad at all - if only your second time... However, the whole mouth-area seems a bit too flat to me. And maybe the eyes is a little too small ?

Can we please see it in wireframe mode?

what method did you use mate?

its a start mate.... now to the tedious pulling and pushing of verts user added image

start on the mouth checkbones area... aways a good place

nice start m8

It's always useful to use some kind of reference, either photos or a drawing.

i did one tutorial a bit back... i am using that method... i read it a while back... i am modelling it according to memory of what i had read... mumbo, you can find the tutorial at maya3d.dk
