collision detection system over mocap data
is it somehow possible to hook up an animated rig with some kind of collision detection system? I am asking because the animated characters (mocap data) arms are penetrating the dress she is wearing. it would be nice if I could declare her dress as collision object like with nCloth, and then make her wrist (or some node attached to it which can overrule the animation in her arm, each time geometry penetrating occurs) collide with the dress.
any ideas how to plug in a condition based setup into the keyframed arm?
everything starts and ends in the right place at the right time.
