Rigging help!

Hello,

Im having a little trouble with my rig. So if you see below in the attachments, my rig has a separate hair mesh which sits on the head and is Smooth Binded to the head bone. When I use the head controls to rotate my head, the hair moves fine, it inner penetrates the head mesh a little bit. But my big problem is when I rotate or translate the rig globally, or even rotating from the pelvic bone.

Can anyone suggest a way to correct this? I tried parenting to the head bone directly, but still does the same thing.

Im sure its something simple, I'm just not thinking of it.

Thank you,

Tom
