This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

MattePaint releases 1800 free sky images

Online matte paint reference image library has shared 1800 free sky images at 2000 x 1000px resolution. All images span a 120 degree field of view, come in JPEG format, and can be used on commercial projects.  The free images are derived from MattePaint's commercial library of 360 degree HDRI... user added image Full article can be found here user added image
