flipping bound skin

I have made a model of a glove with a skeleton. I am setting SDK's to the fingers. I would like to flip the hand and skeleton across the ZY plane to make another hand for the other side. How can I flip the skeleton and polygon without having to rebind the skin or repaint the skin weights?
