Polygon text on cube become smaller in a batch render - Mental ray

EDIT: I solved it, i deleted the history of all the objects and that fixed it


Past few days i have encountered a frustrating problem:

I'm trying to batch render a baked domino blocks falling animation.
In my render view the scene is fine as it should be, but in the batch render my text polygons are actually smaller. I tried targa and iff but it makes no difference. Any help will be greatly appreciated

Some info if needed:

frame buffer: RGBA ( half) 4x16bit
I have no shaders on the camera
MAYA 2016 SP5
Mental ray
All materials mia material x
