Using 2014...need to create a terrain that doesnt just have one texture. IE it has dirt and grass in a natural way. Ive tried the vertex painting that worked in 2012 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sdI3ddGFYJg&t=2s
and it doesnt seem to work in 2014.
Have tried the similar method and used an alpha map instead of painting. Got that to work except in mental ray and thats what i want to render in. As am not finding much info wanted to ask if this is still possible in 2014 or is there a better way to go about it?
