nCloth help

I'm trying to design the clothing for my minecraft rig and I was wondering if something like this would be possible? Look at the REDBOX

I think the request is a bit confusing, you might get more help if you described the issue better. Like I don't see how such a high res cloth sim would fit into that art style.

Well It's not like I'm going to make it exactly like that. I was going to tweak it so that it would fit with the Mine-Craft rig. I was just wondering if it was possible to make cloths like that O_O
