Newbie Question: What happened to my toolbar?

I appear to have accidentally deleted the little toolbox located in the area of this redbox... The one that allows you to edit the location of your item movement axis... I don't know how to explain it, but it's located here by default: user added image
How do I get it back? Sorry, I'm a bit of a newbie. So new, I couldn't find the newbie section here. Until I looked at related questions.
