Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

You should be able to, however some things have been deprecated or enhanced, so you'll have to keep a close eye on the script editor.

plugins question

I have been using Maya since it was Wavefront etc.

I too have older versions and old scripts - there was a script that would allow you to toggle thru tabs and assign a hotkey to it, any idea of a workaround.
thanks
