Uv-mapping issues maya 2015
I'm currently trying to use the new tool "Auto unwrap UV's tool" to UV my model but i'm encountering some issues. I believe it might be to do with doubling up on faces or something. I've tried merge components. Also when trying to adjust the UVs as seen in Steven Roselle's video on youtube mine don't seem to change for example in the compression view in the texture editor, the colours do not change as i adjust the uvs.
